Storing paint has its challenges.  The new Resenes showroom and storage area in Waihi Rd, Judea was needed to store chemicals and flammable products.  The developer knew Partridge from a previous project and trusted the company’s management structure and experienced personnel with the job.  The project entailed:

• Demolition of the existing building and preparation of the site.
• New concrete tilt slabs, steel portal frames and titan board exterior.
• Concrete walls and block work to create secure areas for paint Storage.
• Display areas, offices and work areas for staff.
• Suspended ceilings and data and phone access throughout.
