As a Bayfair tenant, Gamesman needs to modernise every five years.  The upgrade needed to be fast and furious – just like the electronic games the shop sells – to minimize shop closure time and the associated revenue loss.  This meant tight construction timeframes.  Partridge’s experience in Bayfair made it the obvious choice for Gamesman.  In double quick time Partridge Construction:

• Stripped out the existing shop fittings and shop front.
• Built new wall linings, ceilings, flooring and shop front.
• Provided joinery fittings and new shop counter from the Partridge joinery factory.
• Organised the electrical, data and communication lines for the new shop layout.
• Coordinated the precise timing of subcontractors to ensure completion in the tight time frame.
